Wholesale inquiries

When you request pricing, we collect your name, email, company/store, selected products and quantities. Phone, website, city/state and message are optional. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss pricing and availability, and prevent spam or misuse. We use service providers for secure hosting, information storage and email delivery.

Do not include sensitive personal information in your message. Google processes information through its services; see Google’s privacy policy. Service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details.

Storage on your device

Your product selection and quantities are saved in your browser so you can continue browsing without losing them. Contact details are not saved in this browser storage. Selections remain until you remove them, receive confirmed submission success, or clear site data in your browser. We also store your dismissal of the privacy notice. Dismissing it is not consent to advertising or tracking.

You can remove products on the inquiry page, or clear all site storage through your browser settings. Clearing browser storage does not delete inquiries already sent to us.

Optional YouTube video

No embedded YouTube connection is made before you explicitly load the player. Loading it shares technical information with Google/YouTube, which may use cookies or similar storage. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Reloading or leaving the page removes the player; it will not load again until you choose it. Direct YouTube links take you to a separate website.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website, which products they view, and whether they add products or submit wholesale inquiries. This information will help us improve the website and the wholesale inquiry experience.

Analytics stays off until you select Allow analytics. It may use cookies to measure visits, page views, device/browser information and product interactions. You can reject analytics or withdraw permission through Privacy notice in the footer. Withdrawal stops future tracking on this site and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already collected by Google. We store your choice in your browser.

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or inquiry messages to Google Analytics. No advertising scripts are currently enabled.

Your information and privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Cookie choices are separate from how inquiry information is processed.
